"We had an excellent stay at this hotel (Kai Room) and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, especially the long bench, which was very convenient for placing our luggage. We also appreciated the complimentary water dispenser, the free self-service laundry available on every floor, the free shuttle service within a 3-mile radius, and the bicycles available for guests. "Clean room tidy"

"Clean, everything you need right there! Our family of 5 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was gorgeous and had a kitchen and washer/dryer. The restaurant food wasn't the best but it was so ice to have it right there onsite as an option! We rented snorkels and beach gear right at the resort! The beach was right there and our teens even saw a turtle and fish while snorkeling-it was a bit rocky so water shoes are recommended! The bar was great"

"We had a great experience except the ocean view room was definitely not ocean view. It was a view of the other hotel and a peak at the ocean. Apparently ocean view is a little ocean but ocean front is what people think ocean view is. Our partial ocean view room was better than the ocean view room by 2 times and cheaper. Book partial ocean view and you'll love it!"
