"The room was large and fairly clean. The hallway carpets are tired looking and stained. People keep garbage outside their doors. Breakfast options were limited…. Other very pricey buffet or a store (reasonable priced but long line ups). The pool is very crowded and very dirty. Hard to find a seat- often can find a chair by the beach but the view is a hedge not the ocean. Valet service is a nightmare- expect to wait 15-20 minutes for your car. The fitness area is great but they don’t let children...

"As Maui residents we don’t usually take advantage of the islands resorts so it was nice to play tourist for a few days and relax. 4th of July festivities at Westin resort were way above any expectation and the flower drop was cool to be part of as well. We would be happy to come back and stay here again."
