"Amazing tropical gardens, views of mountains and ocean, helpful front desk staff….. but rooms tired and rundown. Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. Woken up early every morning to footsteps of staff and people seeking...

"I would highly suggest an ARBnB for the extra fees we were charged we could’ve easily had a bigger place with a lot more amenities. The parking, as high of a price you pay daily it’s hard to secure a spot.
Also save yourself some money and just get breakfast at Zippy’s the free breakfast (paid) made the room a little more expensive and for an upgraded menu it’s another $25. Not worth it."

"We like everything it was very clean room , the staff was very kind and polite in all shifts , breakfast the three days always was fresh, healthy and the cafeteria was very clean, they have free fresh coffee and tea 24 hours….. love the parking space close to the entrance and not extra charge, also they have three elevators .definitely I’ll be back again to stay in my next vacation."

"We had a girls trip. We had a room with 2 double beds, partial ocean view. Our room was a brand newly renovated so it was spotless and very comfortable. It was a bit noisy at times from construction going on above us, but the workers we saw in the elevators were all polite and friendly. So it wasn’t a huge issue. We didn’t rent a car so the location to the beach was perfect and the walk to stores and restaurants was so close. Great place to stay !"
