"I ordered a room with a jet tub in the room and when I show up they check me in to a room without a jetted tub when I go to talk to them about this they tell me that there are no rooms available with a jetted tub. So I can either cancel which it was spring break so everywhere in the Dells was booked, or I could take that room. So to not take away from my vacation I stayed with the room. To make matters worse my door would not latch. All you have to do was push it a little and it would open. When...

"Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no breakfast options but we knew that ahead of time so we brought our own. In a good location really big pool. We didn’t use, but it looked nice."
