"Le séjour avait mal commencé avec la salle de bain de la chambre pas très propre, pas de gel douche. Sinon le reste du séjour c'est bien passé. Les restaurants et bars sont très bien. C'est bon et variés. Beaucoup d'activités surtout pour les enfants. Beaucoup de transats. La proximité de Chania accessibles en bus est un plus."

"Sehr neues, modernes Hotel, dass gut wie keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig, sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die gesamte Anlage verdient 5 Sterne. Das beste Hotel weit und breit in der Region! Einen kleinen Absteich gibt es für den Fitnessraum, zu klein und zu wenige Geräte sowie die Getränkepreise. "

"The hotel is a great place to stay! Right on the beach, the food and drinks are good and reasonably priced, and the staff is great! Only complaint I have is that our room did not get cold until late in the evening/morning. We were only there a couple of nights so we made due, but I’m not sure if this was an issue with just our room or if every room is this way."

"Vi hade i ärlighetens namn inte förväntat oss ett 5-stjärnigt hotell och det lever det inte upp till heller. Hotellet är lite slitet men servicen och engagemang att hjälpa till var det inget att klaga på. Vill man hänga vid poolen så är det trångt så vi valde att betala en slant för solstolar och parasoll vid hotellets strandläge och där finns dryck och snacks i baren vid stranden. Dryck och snacks ingår om man bokat all inclusive. Helt ok hotell för oss. "

"It was great location and stay but the only complaint was that the adult only pool closed at 6pm, and the kids pool closed around 7:30. They said this was because the resteraunt was serving dinner. This was sort of annoying since i want to swim in the early evening after coming back from being away from the hotel doing other activities during the day. "Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day....

"The owner is amazing. My phone had died so I didn't directions to get to the hotel. I found a shop owner that called her and she walked 10 minutes to where I was and walked me back. Each room is individualize and mine had a private entrance. There were lots of personal touches that made the place feel special. I can't recommend this hotel more. If I am ever back in Chania I will stay here again."
