"The staff were awesome and extremely helpful! We had a handicapped accessible room on main floor with a perfect bathroom for our needs. We did experience some A/C problems, but they were immediately responsive to our needs. The staff felt like family and were so helpful to us in so many ways! Definitely recommend and will stay here again when our situation allows."
