"THE WHOLE FACILITY EQUIRES AN UPGRADE. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS OF POOR QUALITY. A RE-THINK NEEDS TO BE DONE ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE INTERNAL OF YOUR BATHROOMS . YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC STAFF. "We had gone out, came back around 9pm and the main gate was locked. There was no security person manning the gate. Security guard came after 15 min or so and did not have the key to the padlock. We kept on calling the cell number provided by the hotel and there was no answer. Almost an hour later, they had to break the padlock. Manager on duty not answering calls and nowhere to be found as well. "
