Room was a little bit dingy, showing signs of wear. Staff is always very friendly. I don’t generally use the amenities, but they seem just OK. I did see one small cockroach in my room, which happens in this area, but was still unnerving. Overall the property needs a little TLC. Appreciate that they are pet friendly and well located close to La Plaza Mall.

The hotel is strategically located. The amenities are excellent, and the value for money is very good. Best of all is the service from the staff; they are always very friendly and helpful in answering questions. The breakfast is delicious and extensive. Complimentary cookies and coffee at reception at any time are a nice bonus, and the beds are comfortable.

The room was super clean, the staff super helpful, and breakfast was good. I love that coffee was available all day. We couldn't sleep because of the time change, so we went to the lobby, had coffee, and watched TV.

Stayed at the this hotel several times and their elevators are not working for a portion of our stays. Their exterior plants are distressed and don't seem to be watered on a regular bases. The rest of the hotel is very nice and clean

Overall, had a good clean, modern feeling. Breakfast was nice. Plenty of hot coffee, eggs were hot, I even enjoyed the two dimensional bacon. Was grateful for the EV charging, and the pet policy.

Everything was on point from the receptionist named Martha for she was always kind to me and the staff and housekeeping was on point I slept well despite the fact that I had to go to a funeral but otherwise it was okay
