"Overall the condo was average, communication with the host was average they did not set up the second room with the beds I requested. Also after we checked in they notified us that one of the days of our stay water would be completely turned off for 4 hours not allowing us to access showers, toilets or sinks. Not something that was favorable. Host did not offer anything to rectify the situation.
When we asked about this inconvenience we were offered some junk snacks for our kids and a cheap...

"I had a pleasant stay at the Wekopa. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the room was spacious. The breakfast at the WKP sports bar was fantastic, they offer Starbucks coffee.most of the staff were very friendly. Nice place to stay. Only 20-25 min from the Phoenix airport. "

" I stayed at this La Quinta Inn last night and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member, Elise (I hope I got her name right), was incredibly polite and helpful—she truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at.
Keep up the great work! I would definitely return."

"My flight left before I could enjoy the breakfast but I did enjoy the fact there’s 24 hour coffee in the dining area. Fresh ground!! Airport shuttle was prompt & driver’s friendly & courteous. Room clean too. I did have time to use fitness center. Grateful the machines all worked!!"

"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

"Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Didn’t ruin our time, it was vacation! "

"Staff all around was rude, unhelpful and impatient, especially the cashiers.
Waited 20 minutes for an iron and almost one hour for other items and had to go to the front desk for them.
The property is dated and the rooms were dark and musty.
Kids had a mediocre time.
Didn't try the food other than the dipping dots
Late check out at 2pm is an additional $59.00
Wristbands used to open the gate out the parking lot don't work well.
Lady at time share kiosk seemed more like a used car salesman...
