"No glasses (cups) in the unit. Bathroom fan was very noisy. When I reported these things the reception clerk seemed quite disinterested. The whole place just seemed run down."

"Great location and the exterior has a kind of 60's vibe, which is great! Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!"

"Check in was great, they offered complimentary water bottles and snacks. Room was clean, staff was friendly, they had a great selection for breakfast, and there was plenty of parking available. "

"We were on a family vacation passing thru and when we got in our room the toilet wasn't flushing properly so they ended up upgrading us to what's called the squid room. A huge room. My kids were overjoyed. The breakfast was great and fresh and the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. We had an amazing time. If I could rate this hotel higher than a 10 I would. "

"Put families with small children not next door to other guests as best you can. And put them on the bottom floor."

"Right off the bet I’ll tell you the staff was great. Very helpful and very considerate and kind, but if you’re gonna call and ask if they have a stove in the room, make sure you find out whether it’s working or not as ours wasn’t. Ask him the last time they’ve cleaned any of the vents in the room and I do mean any/all. The fan in the bathroom didn’t even work because they hadn’t cleaned the vents in so long that it probably the dust killed the fan. Check to make sure you have dishes and silverware. If you’re supposed to have that before it gets too late nobody seems to be able to get that for you. And as far as the heating and air conditioning unit, which was right next to the bed, ours was in such poor shape that every time it started to start up, it made such a clinging banging noise. It woke me up, almost every single time and if you were already awake you have to stop talking because it was louder than you/me or take it in another room (your conversation). I honestly wouldn’t stay there again even if somebody paid me to."
