"NOT SAFE! The hotel uses the old school key cards. They deactivate when placed near or on your cell phone. When I went to the front desk to have my key card reactivated they didn’t ask for ID or anything that would tell them I was in fact the one on the paper work. So essentially anyone could have accessed our room. As a woman traveling alone with a child this terrified us.
We didn’t have a hot shower for the first 2 days of our stay as the maintenance man wasn’t available to fix our shower.
The hot tub was lukewarm at best and the pool was grossly dirty.
The bed was very old and slanted to the top so all the blood rushed to your head when sleeping. The pillows are just as old as the beds.
The men who worked the front desk were snarky and rude. They blamed us for the shower not working, stating it could be user error.
The Best Western shares a parking lot with this place, stay there instead!"
