"Easy simple check in."

"I had been to the Museum of WI Art in West Bend, so had heard of this hotel as a sort of annex. I came to hear a concert at the Pabst Theater. I was so tickled on a rainy day to learn that both the hotel and theater were in the same large complex. I had dinner at a Chinese restaurant on Wells Street, wandered around the complex to see all of the art, then was able to leisurely walk back to my room after the concert. "Amazing hotel. I will definitely be booking here anytime I come to Milwaukee. Very clean, spacious, and well decorated. Beautiful windows & high ceilings, great amenities. Would have liked to know the fridge is communal but it wasn’t a problem whatsoever. More breakfast options would be nice too for those with certain food restrictions. Overall wonderful stay"

"My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay over here. I also asked front desk to have my room cleaned but they never got to it. Until the last day obviously they started cleaning it. But other than that I give it to Jordan for making my stay more comfortable."

"Perfect location and excellent staff"

"3 star review. The location is good, lobby area was excellent however ther seems a shortage of staff and house keeping. Our room was not ready and waited until 5:30pm. The blinds on one of the windows fell off resulting to a bright room at early morning like 6am when we still wanted to sleep in. The Manager was kind enough to give us free breakfast to compensate inconveniences."

"The hotel was great for our trip, found the location to be convenient and within walking distance to many good places. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The shower could use more pressure and the TV should be adjustable so the angle from the bed is not uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker as we didn't come to Milwaukee to watch TV. Breakfast and coffee were not hot enough either, but it served the purpose the first day when we needed to get going pretty early. The biggest issue we had is...

"Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. We did not use the pool or other facilities. We did not have the address for the city lot that is connected to the hotel. We found other parking. The lighting in the room was inadequate and there weren’t many outlets. Overall it was a good stay in downtown for the price"
