"Never received an email on check in process as there is no front desk. Had to call to figure it out. Parking is tight on weekday mornings when the dentist office downstairs opens. Claims of a queen size bed, felt more like a full size. Wall a/c units in bedroom and living room. Unit in our bedroom just blew hot air. "Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. "

"This property was a nightmare!!!! My room key was literally tossed to me without 1 word, such as the location of the room or elevator. The toilet was leaking so bad that the laminate tiles buckled and toilet water splashed each time you took a step. In addition, this hotel was apparently the local hookup spot. Noise all night long with guests coming and going. It was like trying to sleep at brothel! I absolutely would not stay here under any circumstances!"

"The staff was nice under the circumstances of this property.Once I checked in property.Room no remote,no garbage can.Then after getting to sit down the roaches greeted us looking like what we doing in there. The hall had lingering smell of dog piss and cat urine.I was on second floor.The drink machine wasn’t working.I will never darken that property again"

"La habitación estaba sucia. Solo servía un ascensor los tres días que estuve. La fila era larga para poder accesar, y en la primera noche tuve que esperar 30 minutos para subir a la habitación. No había nevera y en el piso no había expendedora de hielo. Había que bajar al front desk para que te dieran el hielo. Destacó que fueron muy amables. La puerta no tenía el cartel de do not disturb y entraron a la habitación sin el consentimiento."
