Bakken Airport XWA Hotel & Studios

8/10 Good

"Had a problem the first night. Car idling outside until about 11:30pm. We asked for an extra pillow and were told “no, we don’t do that”. Got up in the morning to shower and the shower had a leak and very little water coming through the shower head. Spoke to front desk in the morning. He was very helpful. Said the no pillow thing was NOT their policy. When we returned that evening, the shower was fixed, the front desk woman apologized and gave us an extra pillow. She did not know they could do that or where they were kept. She was very nice. The rest of our stay was very nice. They do need to pick up trash outside. Breakfast was good."
