"Booked our room through Expedia. I requested a king size bed and a sofa sleeper when we got into the room it did not have the sofa sleeper. We requested an upgrade or another room with what we paid for. It did not help us. That said, we don't have nothing available and we aren't able to get our money back because we booked through a third party and they did nothing to help us or accommodate us. I would not go there again. Poor
customer service"

"This is a great alternative for larger families like ours to having to rent multiple rooms. The quality and care of the interior of the rooms is evident right away. "Evolve is terrible! We received all our CK in instructions a few days beforehand which I thought was a great sign. We arrived at the property and we could not get the lockbox open to get the key out to get in the condo. The two phone numbers provided we're not correct. We emailed the 1 email we had and she didn't get back to us until 830 pm via email saying "sorry for the late response I assume you got it figured out." Ah, no we didn't and had to rent a different place because we had no where...
