"The casitas are spacious but the walls are a bit thin and I had loud neighbors. The doors are older as well and sometimes difficult to close or open. Overall the property is beautiful and the staff is fabulous!"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went to ask if our room was available (215pm) and was met by a hostile and aggressive man wearing sunglasses behind the desk. Verbatim, he said ‘do you need something?’ UMMMM is that how you greet your guests? I asked if I could check in 45 minutes early and he was blunt with a very direct and cold ‘no’. No other words were spoken. No other options given. After reading their website, they do offer early check-in for $30. This wasn’t offered to me at all. At the check-in counter, there’s a list of items that you will be charged for if you remove them from the room (towels linens mattress covers) just to put into perspective what type of area this hotel is located in. The neighborhood was sketchy to say the least. We only needed a one night stay because of an early flight. After the interaction with the man working behind the counter and based solely on this hotel surroundings, we went down the street to the Hilton Garden Inn where we were greeted with kindness and warmth, even without a reservation, letting us check in before their check-in time. Do yourself a favor, save your money!"
