"We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was great and super friendly. And the place was very clean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We weren’t expecting all that. They had happy hour one day,special treats out the next. We plan on staying here again the next time we are in the area."

This past weekend though, The Diamond All Stars Cafe was not open and the other place associated with the carriage house doesnt sell breakfast so we were on our own both saturday and sunday for breakfast. "My friend slipped and fell in our room because they had shampooed our carpet just that day and didn’t tell the night desk clerk. We didn’t realize that’s what made her fall till we took our shoes off and had soaked socks from walking on the carpet. Went and reported the fall and the wet carpet to the desk clerk who said she had no idea they had been shampooed. She apologized asked if my friend was ok and said she would report the issue and incident to her GM for the morning. No offer to switch...

"First room they gave me had a terrible, strong odor. I was told that an individual had been in the room all week with do not disturb sign. Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem? Second room was worn…with cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point."

For example:Someone had ripped the shampoo bottle out of the shower and it wasn't replaced. Would stay there again because it was a good value for what it was. "
