"We had a great stay! Accommodations and breakfast were very good. Staff was friendly. We were also able to enjoy the sauna. The location is more secluded and we had a rental car but if you’re not planning to do so, be aware that you will need to uber/taxi anywhere. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!! "

"The rooms were clean, new and spacious. The glass ceilings were perfect for seeing the sky. What stood out thr most was the attentives staff. They were incredibly friendly and responsive and made sure we had everytbing we wanted, even if it was some food for the reindeer late at night"

"Our overall stay was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I would especially like to thank the reception team for assisting us in sending our cabin bag to the airport after we realized we had left it at the hotel—this was greatly appreciated. The location is excellent: the airport is only an 8-minute drive away, and Santa Claus Village is just a 7–10 minute walk. We stayed as two families with three kids, and the hotel’s plastic sleds were a huge convenience, making it easy...

"The room was clean and warm, situated suitably far enough away from the others to offer privacy. It would have been nice to have cooking facilities as we didn't want to eat in the restaurant every night. However, the breakfast was varied and really good. It is very remote so would recommend a hire car, far cheaper than shuttles or taxis. We were fortunate enough to see the lights, although the glass roof was a huge feature, we did actually run straight outside every time! The staff were lovely...
