"The staff were very helpful and polite, and our room was incredibly well maintained. They also contacted us before our stay to ask if it was for a particular occasion, and even left a small surprise for our arrival!
The hotel itself is in a lovely location, with a short 10 minute walk to the nearest tram station"

"Lovely location next to the monastery with beautiful views over Prague and several excellent restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the patio was a great spot for coffee or cocktails. Friendly, helpful staff. Slightly outside Old Town, but Tram 22 stops nearby, and it's an easy walk to the castle, cathedral, and city center. Not your typical chain hotel. Would highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay, everyone was super nice. Our cleaning lady folded our clothes every morning, her attention to detail was noticed. The girl at the front with red hair was very happy and made sure to help with any questions and when we left she provided us with waters to go. The attendant female at the spa was exceptionally friendly and walked us trough the spa & explained everything. The spa was really nice and modern we enjoyed it as well as the gym.
