The place is in a great location, shopping near by, small restaurants with great food all around. Walkable location. The hotel lack some accommodations that are basic even in cheap hotels but over all very good just to sleep and get on tours. Staff is very friendly.

Great customer service, very attentive and accommodating. The jacuzzi was a plus after so much walking exploring the city, being able to have a jacuzzi was a huge plus. Highly recommend staying bc here, also super close to everything to walk and lots of food options.

Overall, the rooms are comfortable for a short stay, with convenient coworking facilities on the rooftop. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. The downside is the area is very noisy and rooms are not soundproof, not ideal if you are a light sleeper as we did not rest well

It was pretty noisy , booked for 3 people only had 1 bed and a very small couch was under the impression from the pictures it,would be 2 doubles but they gave us a different room with a bigger couch to sleep on . All in all a very good hotel loved the cleanliness

The hotel was everything I expected. Staff was very nice. I loved that my room had a little kitchen even a small wash place for clothes. Very practical and neat! Will come back soon. Tip: the avenue can get loud turn on the fan near the kitchen so it creates white noise.

It has everything you are looking for as a tourist. Laureles area is safe, the hotel always smells good as it's clean, people is very very kind, rooms have space and things you need like refrigerator, microwave and more.. the only thing missing is to do laundry there even at extra cost, but no issue as there are in the area too. I'm completely satisfied and my expectations where surpassed!! Totally recommended!! 1000/10

30 living suites made me feel like we weren’t in another country. From the easy set up of transportation to and from the airport, to them being super attentive to every request made. The location is super safe and discreet. Close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The safest I’ve ever felt outside of the USA. Public transportation is right across the street and safe. The only thing I’d have to say is that the city never sleeps. It’s always hustling and bussing outside but that’s not something they can control. If I were to ever return to Colombia I would not hesitate on rebooking here.

I had a great experience staying at 30 Living Suites. The space is modern, stylish, and incredibly spacious — having a fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus for me. It felt more like a comfortable apartment than a typical hotel room, which made my stay feel extra homey. The location is super central — you’re close to everything: restaurants, shops, cafes, you name it. It’s ideal if you’re looking to explore the city and have everything within walking distance. Just keep in mind that it’s located on a very busy avenue, so you can definitely hear the hustle and bustle from inside the room. If you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs or a white noise app. Overall, I really loved the vibe of the place. It’s perfect for travelers who want both comfort and convenience. I’d absolutely stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Medellín, and honestly, I was surprised at how affordable it was for the quality they offer. The mattresses were super comfortable, and the sheets and linens were top-tier, which made for an amazing night’s sleep. It’s also incredibly quiet, so if you're like me and need to rest well after work, this is the place. The location is a huge plus too—there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was super convenient. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi. It was spotless and the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. They also have a great coworking space, which came in handy for me. Honestly, I feel like this place is still a hidden gem, but once more people find out about it, prices will probably go up. Definitely worth taking advantage of it now
