It’s important to keep in mind that this is not a luxurious place; it’s quite basic, but it has everything you need. Upstairs there is no bed, but a mattress. The place is ideal for 4 backpackers looking for something simple and affordable. The location is great for people who don’t mind walking. If you want to go to Santa Fe Shopping Center every day, it’s only a 5-minute walk away. It’s also within walking distance of Andrés Carne de Res and Oviedo Shopping Center. If you want to go to El Poblado Park, it’s about a 30-minute walk. The place was clean. There is a covered patio outside where you can eat, chat, play games, and relax.😊

Check-in was very smooth, and the space was comfortable. The location was quiet but still close to everything and easy to commute to. Unfortunately, the cleanliness could have been better. The towels and sheets were very stained, and the sheets had cigarette holes, so we ended up buying our own. I didn’t communicate this with the host when I should have, but honestly, I prefer less interaction, which is one of the reasons I chose a rental over a hotel.

This is a place to avoid. The communication with the owners is almos inexistent because the phone calls are not answered and the messages indicate that "...it is possible that we would not answer your claim until tomorrow...". Besides this, the Internet signal is unreliable and in my case the management did nothing to repair the failure that affected my work for almost one week. I will never come back to this place.

El lugar al comienzo parecia bien, la habitacion es poco ventilada, las areas comunes no estan en buenas condiciones lo mas dificl fue que uno de los husoedes perdio subllave y duro golpendao la puerta durante toda la madrugada, tuve que llamar la policia y eso me impidio descansar bien para el giro de rigo, el cual era el motivo de mi viaje,
