There is no better place to stay in Medellin. I am Colombian Anerican. These people are warm kind helpful. They are like my family now. Always worried and asking about my daughters who play basketball here. They are lovely and this place is perfect and the location is Amazing. Rooms clean and beautiful!!! Especially the penthouses!

The bed was comfortable, the room lighting was nice, the jacuzzi was super relaxing, the breakfast was good and the cafe in front is cute. The staff was really helpful. The location was really convenient for and the area is beautiful, lush with greenery.

The First Class hotel is a nice place and the penthouse if beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty but would ask to provide a protien, but thats just me. Our room was nice but needs maintenance. Some thing were broken and we pointed it out in the begining so we would not be responsible for damages. Other than that. 9 out of 10 and location was nice.
