"The hotel’s location was excellent, situated conveniently in the city center and within easy reach of many attraction and transportation. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and always greeted guests upon entering the building, which made for a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable overall; however, the air conditioning was noticeably loud, and the room could benefit from some updates. One aspect that could be improved was the seating arrangement. The room’s table had only one chair, which made it inconvenient when traveling with another person, as the bed was the only other place to sit. Overall, I had a very positive stay and enjoyed the hotel’s convenient location and exceptional customer service. With a few room improvements, the experience would be even better."
