"The front desk staff are friendly and were very helpful during our overnight stay for my son’s wedding. Everything was clean and comfortable. I did not eat breakfast or use any amenities so I’m unable to review those items. The room was tidy and bed comfortable and the only suggestion I could have is for some updating and minor repairs, for instance our tub drain did not have a proper seal. Instead of lifting it to open and pushing in to close the entire piece came in and out. It still did its job so nothing to complain about. If your top priority is cleanliness and a friendly staff, this is a perfect place for you. "

"We had to change rooms at 11:45 at night because the bed was terrible, sinking in the middle. The room they moved us to had filthy and stains carpet and there was mold around the tub. We have stayed in this hotel several times and were pleased but this time was not the case. "

"The hotel is fine but our bedroom tv didn’t work. The glass shower door is backwards. You have to be inside the shower to turn it on. Not fun. They have the dispensers in the shower. There was no conditioner and no moisturizer in the one by the sink. "

"Unbeknownst to me the booking was cancelled due to the building being fumigated. I received the access codes from Expedia the day of arrival so all seemed fine. When I arrived at the apartment complex office to make sure my car was registered to park they didn’t have me as a registered guest. I contacted The Landing who then told me the reservation had been canceled. The call was directed to customer support who then disconnected the call. The apartment manager contacted the local Landing representative who told them it was canceled due to the fumigation. The Landing rep was given my number by the apartment manager, and I was told she would call me. I was hoping to just get another apartment in a different building. I never received a call from the local rep. I was told by the apartment manager that The Landing only had access to the one building so another apartment would not be possible there. I called Expedia and was trying to find an alternative. During all of this my wife was looking and calling around for a hotel. After about 2 hours of her searching we were able to find a nearby hotel for dbl the price. The property was fine and the apartment management tried to help but the communication from The Landing was nonexistent and put us in a terrible situation at the last minute. "
