"The staff was very friendly and accommodating, in particular Justin at the front desk. This hotel is located in downtown within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub are clean well maintained. Parking can be difficult in the evening. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in Steamboat."

"I really loved my room that had a balcony overlooking the river! The staff were incredibly kind and efficient, and I love the fact that you could get discounted tickets to the old town Hot Springs, and just walk there as it was right across the street… I will be back!"

"We had to fix our own toilet handle, and the bedspread had a huge hole in it. And with all construction there is a little dust and mess, so we understand. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and have told other people about staying there. Thank you."
