"Comfortable bed, spacious room and very friendly & competent staff. The location, on a walking distance to the city center of Stellenbosch, is also perfect. Only negative: the pool is a bit smaller than on the pictures, you can't swim a lap in there. Also had some problems with the AC."

"Coming from the US and having heard all kinds of stories about SA, I will say this property is very safe and secure, with (free) gated parking. I had a 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and had a patio area and kitchen. It was enormous. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and eager to share all the great things Stellenbosch has to offer. Laundry service is a plus and so is the location—walkable to any number of great restaurants and cafes. Great value as well. Highly recommended."

"The staff were super nice and helpful to us! They gave us a voucher for an ice cream and wine pairing at Clos Malverne which was so delightful! They also gave us suggestions to some of the best wineries and a map to find them. The free breakfast was very good with cooked choices as well as a cold buffet. The room was very good and had great air conditioning. The location was perfect with so many restaurants on the same street. We would definitely stay here again."

"The other guests moving furniture upstairs late into the night - some rubber pads fixed onto the legs of the chairs to prevent them scraping on the floor could be a possible solution."

"Beat all of our expectations, and they were pretty high from reading the reviews! Accommodation is brilliant and has all amenities we could wish for. Great breakfast and we tried the lunch here last day, also superb. But the by far best thing was the staff. We were made to feel super-welcome and got great recommendations for dinners, winetasting and trekking.
