We loved the quirky Hart Hotel where industrial heritage has been transformed into very comfortable and attractive rooms with very thoughtful extras like lots of USB sockets. After an evening meal elsewhere we returned and had excellent cocktails in the bar, enjoying the ambiance and having a chat with the knowledgeable bar tender.

Beautiful and interesting house. Not a bit like a chain hotel. The owner was very attentive and hard working and whatever you needed, he was there for you. Lovely breakfast, very comfortable bed. I couldnt recommend Asa Ransom House more highly. We came for the eclipse, but chose to stay 2 extra days.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was by far the best I've stayed in. I'm not one for gyms and swimming, but enjoy staying in clean and comfortable hotels. The staff were excellent and were always interested in if I was OK without being over the top. They also have a shuttle service were they'll drive you free of charge within 5 miles of the hotel in a very nice car.
The food was really nice and if I'm ever in Buffalo again (and I hope I make it), I won't look anywhere else but Reikart...

Stayed at this hotel while on an American road trip. Very convenient for Niagara Falls (about 30 minute drive) and surrounding area. Lockport also seemed nice and better to be a little away from the overly touristy Niagara Falls city. Hotel clean and comfortable with staff friendly and helpful. Coffee available in the morning although no breakfast option. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Room large enough for 3 adults. Easy parking at the hotel. Good value for money. I enjoyed the...
