"Our 2nd time visiting this hotel this year and we were left a little disappointed compared to last time. Some changes have been made in 3months.
We used the pool area facilities this time round and the changing room area wasn't the cleanest, tissue on the floor, no locks on the doors so anyone could walk in and overall just needs a good clean and maintained better
The onsite restaurant was also not the best, empty but waited for 45 mins for a burger and a lamb dish for the lamb to arrive luke warm with cold microwaved mash and green beans, not the dauphinmois potato that was adverse. Partner said the burger was good though.
Room itself was fine, no robes this time and only 1 can of water and 1 towel for 2people, feels as if pillows had changed too and were extremely soft that it felt like you were sleeping directly on the mattress so not the best night sleep."
