"The villa room was nice and very comfortable, with a great sea view. The staff were friendly, nice, and quick to respond to my requests. The breakfast is okay and reasonable price and has a great sea view, and the on-site restaurant was perfect for romantic dinner. The hotel's location is superb and walking distance as Dhiffushi is a very tiny island. My only minor complaint was the broke kettle and the air conditioning loudness which is normal. "We travel quite a lot. I honestly can’t understand how this place has received such high ratings; it must be because of the staff, who were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled strongly of mold, and the towels were covered in stains. We checked out the next day, even though we had booked three nights. Thankfully, we found better options elsewhere on the island."

"Room was clean but could do with some re-decoration as a bit run down, but bed was very comfy! Hair dryers didn’t work, but that’s not a huge issue. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was absolute great! My main feedback is that it just seemed like it needed a lot of maintenance and there was maintenance going on around me a lot! I would have just liked to be told before booking. "
