"Jian at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. everyone was amazing from the house keeping staff to the breakfast staff, we were fortunate enough to go in January before the earthquakes and volcanoes. it was the best time of the year to go, there were no crowds and we were able to get around everywhere with no traffic. "Property had amazing views, staff was absolutely the best!!!! Friendly above and beyond helpful. Alex and Alex and the gentleman that drove us from the Port, were fabulous. Area is great, easy walking to everything. Bus stop close. Only complaint we had or might warn others of, was the noise from local bars at night. We could hear the music and people yelling til 3am. We did have the room to the top north closest to the streets with the clubs. Other rooms may not hear the noise. Patio sitting...
