The property was great...didn't get the corner room I thought I was getting but it did not matter as the apartment was comfortable and had a great view. The only thing that was not great was the fact they had a coffee pod machine and no pods. There was instant coffee provided but no milk. This is only trivial as Coles is just up the road and has many places to eat and drink. I highly recommend a stay here and will return.

The hotel is a little hard to access if you are not familiar with the street layout. Once you become aware of the one way streets and laneways it is easy to access secure parking. The receptionist was very helpful.

Only stayed for one night with my family of four, but we enjoyed having the additional space compared to a standard hotel room. It was very clean, and nicely appointed. The location is just east of the CBD about a 15 minute walk away and only ten minutes to the Royal Botanical Gardens. The surrounding area is questionable with homeless and graffiti just outside the main entrance, however the property has the appropriate security measures in place. The room faced a very noisy road, but was tolerable with earplugs for sleeping. The WiFi was the main issue as it was intermittent at best and very unreliable. Chloe provided excellent customer service. Overall, we had a good stay and recommend it.

The staff were very helpful, I contacted reception through the chat option and any concerns or questions I had them answered with ease. Checking in was easy and the staff were very friendly. Our room was lovely, we had the two bedroom with views. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. I would highly recommend, we will be back.
