room clean reasonable, despite the room and decor seem to need a major upgrade, tiles missing in the bathroom, taps loose. Bedroom a bit tacky. Bed good and sheets ect ok. Lighting not good. Staff very friendly and parking good.

Great value for money, location was perfect for my needs, bathroom just needs a good deep clean and pillows were not great. Would definitely book into hotel car parking as street parking is not ideal. Overall a good place to stay and will be staying here again in the future

Rooms wre large and very well appointed with kitchen, bathroom & laundry facilities. Most conformable bed, pillows & sheets l have ever slept in. Location great for visiting Melbourne & Richmond via public transport. Reception lady extremely lovely, even gave todler her Easter Bunny soft toy. We will come back for sure.
