Easy area to get around, not to busy. Handy for a medical appointment we needed to attend. The room could have been cleaner, however, the beds were comfortable and it was very affordable for the 5 of us

Great location and price. That’s about it

Very cheap for the size and location. The LHS of the king bed is sunken and collapsed. The couches are rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. There was only one bowl which wasn’t adequate given it’s a two bedroom apartment. Freezing cold and only one thin blanket on each bed plus one additional blanket per person.

Safe and secure. Comfortable and very easy to get to centre of Melbourne with a tram. Or even walk if you had to. 10 minute walk to the MCG. Grocery shop just around the corner. Would very happily stay there again.

The room itself was good. Plenty of room in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was a cold night and even with the heaters on 30 degrees it barely did anything to heat the lounge room. And parking was a nightmare! Too many cars and not enough spaces. And so cramped that to drive in and out of the car park I literally had millimetres between my car and the two parked either side.

Staff excellent and very helpful with misplaced swipe key. Apartments could do with some updating for example, dodgy power point in kitchen, no towel rails or even hooks in bathroom, only place to sit towels on closed toilet...unhygienic! Location is great, parking limited, very tight parking spaces. Only mirror in whole apartment small vanity mirror.

The property is in a great location within the beautiful suburb of East Melbourne. The property itself was old and tired. Due to the rain we received over night the apartment we stayed in leaked and had a terrible smell. It was extremely basic facilities but the sheets seemed clean which made it a bit better. It was extremely expensive for what we got.

Didn’t feel safe to be walking around outside at night but overall a very nice experience. Very clean and great size and ammenities for the price. Walking distance to nearby hospital which was our main attraction.

The location was excellent, close to shops, transport and sporting venues. Easy self parking on site (limited). Room was a good size but absolutely filthy, broken & mismatched furniture, bathtub/shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, grime and dust everywhere and food (or something) sprayed across one of the walls.

Good location, poorly maintained

Beds were comfortable enough. Apartment was very dated. Nothing like the photos on the website. We were offered an apartment which wasn't even at the address we booked. Front door rattled and wobbled even when locked. Bath coating was peeling, bathroom tap had broken and been replaced with a bolt, toilet roll holder was hanging on by a thread
