Amazing accomdation- set in tranquil surroundings, full of plants/nature and beautiful decor. Kept very clean and tidy - facilities are fantastic with jacuzzi, a drinks fridge, communal space and the birds suite was lovely, spacious, comfortable bed with a great ensuite. Highlight were the incredible breakfasts (kindly made vegan for us & better than any cafe we know!) and the friendly welcoming owners who hosted us so well & made us feel at home. Close walk to Rye and local amenities - highly recommend!

A great, unique and comfortable stay

A unique experience on the Mornington Peninsula! Was a great stay and I highly recommend it to anyone. Location was great, breakfast was amazing, and the host was extremely kind and friendly. The room was very clean and had everything you needed.

The perfect weekend away from life for a break. Plenty of breakfast options, great communal kitchen space and private rooms. The hosts couldn't have been nicer (and were willing to share their gorgeous cats for a little pat when asked!). Will definitely be back; the best Mornington Peninsula B&B I've found.

The Loft set up was unique and gorgeous. We loved the designer fit out of The Loft and art deco styling in our private bathroom. The breakfast was great and the service impeccable. Loved the Belgian waffles and beer. Already planning our next trip to Sunny Side Up.
