"For my first time outside of the country, I can’t even begin to word how beautiful of a stay the citizenM was. The room, the amenities, the service, the coziness of the lobby, everything stood out so unforgettably. First of all, 24/7 bar and kitchen. Id feel like having a fun night, go downstairs to grab a drink and some crispy chicken bites at 2am. The staff were so welcoming, kind and had great conversation, even so late in the night. I found myself wanting to grab a drink and just enjoy the lights, architecture and decorations in the lobby. It was so calming and peaceful staring off into the old harbor. Id go downstairs to journal or listen to music and I wish I did it more. KING SIZE BED, having all that space was so cozy. The room was perfect for 1-2 people. I wish I had some company with me at times. The location of the hotel is in a perfect spot. Rotterdam Blaak right across the street, making it easy and not so tiresome to navigate to the other stations to get around the city. Even then, I thought Id be one with the locals and walk everywhere, and its honestly so nice to walk everywhere and not have to drive. Everything is relatively close to the hotel, again making it a perfect location. To sum this up, 12/10 stay. Affordable, cozy, pretty luxury in my opinion. Id stay here 100 times over. I recommend. "We always stay at the Art Hotel in Rotterdam. The metro and tram are outside and there is a great view across the harbours. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. "

"The staff were so helpful and gave plenty of advice on where to visit and how to get around. The overall feel of the hotel is very special - the exposed brick, the wooden beams on the ceilings, the areas to sit and relax with views on the water. Location could no be better - 6min walk from the train station and similar to the town square. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"It was unbelievable and completely completely perfect. The two things that stood out were the front desk staff — Amondi was a dream come true with a heart of gold and moved mountains to assist us. And also the breakfast. OH MY GOSH ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR. Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, in a restaurant, in my house, on a cruise ship — ANYWHERE. Pure perfection and worth every penny. I am now loyal to this hotel brand."

The decor was pleasantly surprising and featured a variety of creative designs. Located close to Rotterdam Central Station makes it convenient to access from local trains. I’ll definitely try booking here again."
