"The staff were absolutely amazing. Great folks from the valet to the front desk. Smiles, warm conversation and lots of suggestions. Parking was a bit difficult, but the valet was ready to point us in the direction of where to park so we could avoid the $32 overnight parking charge. Room was clean and quiet! Bed was comfortable and we had a great sleep away from home. We’d absolutely stay there again!"

"We have been going to this hotel for many years due to our children attending Pitt. They have kept it up over the years and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They do need to get better pillows. They are terrible. Rooms and common areas are clean."

"This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits."

"Stayed here for two different days on a there and back road trip to Chicago. Clean rooms. Nice room layout. "Award-winning breakfast" is a stretch. Don't get your hopes up. And, while it's not the hotel's fault, the surrounding roadways are a nightmare. There are some potholes that could destroy your car if you're not careful. Assume this is due to the dead/dying mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, just be careful driving."
