"I had to have my room key reset after every use. And my toilet got clogged twice. The cleaning staff spoke no English which made it difficult to communicate. I'll look for other accommodation next time I visit. Also you have to pay to park in 100 degree heat"

"I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. "The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced."

"This is simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The place is immaculate from the public areas to the pool area to the rooms. The staff are courteous, competent, and attentive. I have stayed in hotels which were much more expensive and not nearly as well managed and pleasant to stay in. I like Holiday Inn Express but this one exceeded my expectations by a mile. 5 solid stars! 10 out of 10! I'll definitely be back! "
