All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . Leider war der Pool ohne Wasser trotz durchaus badetauglicher Temperaturen in der Aprilwoche. Die Sauberkeit war okay bis auf die Reste der Vorgänger im Kühlschrank. Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! "The pool area, beds and cabanas are fantastic and very comfortable. The view is great. The food in the bar was always good and the waiter was excellent. However the room is dated, bed was uncomfortable and no toiletries were provided, not even soap. The walk to the restaurant/ bar area is by a steep hill which is difficult in the heat. "

"Beautiful hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The property was spotless and cleaning staff in evidence around the hotel throughout the day. Clean room with balcony and sea view. Wonderful shower although the cubicle itself was not particularly big. A large choice for breakfast, though the same choice available every day of our stay.
