"My stay was amazing and I will definitely be staying at Ginkgo House if I ever find myself in Cambridge again! Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, my room was very clean, and the potential noise that was mentioned was very minimal and did not cause any issues!"

"Small boutique hotel directly off the avenue. Lobby is small , but aesthetically furnished. Front desk staff were very personable except one female, which is why they probably gave her night shift. 😁 She wasn’t terrible, but her disposition didn’t appear very approachable Rioms wwre super small with queen beds Bed was comfortable. Room would have benefited having a fridge or microwave. Hotel did have a microwave in basement as well as I’ve machine, but u had to travel in basement to use....

"Spacious room, great location, love the attached restaurant. The only comment is that it can be loud in the hallways when you’re trying to sleep, as people go back and forth into the wee hours. "

"This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Even compared to more luxurious stays, this one stands out. The staff delivers an exceptional and seamless experience from start to finish. The rooms were very clean. Bed were comfortable along with pillows and sheets. Definitely will be coming back to this location if in staying in Boston."

Très facile pour se rendre en ville avec le métro directement en face. Personnel très gentil et bon service. Hôtel très propre. J'ai adoré Cambrige, c'est très beau et paisible. 🙂"

"Love this traditional B&B. Stayed for two nights for meetings. Breakfast is the highlight and the staff is really helpful. Location is also the best. Love walking around Harvard yard and Harvard square. Will stay again for sure."

"Room is huge. Bed and pillows are comfortable. HVAC on the noisy end when kicked in. A little noisy from the traffic on the roads by the riverside. Not enough cloth/towel rack in bathroom. Two shampoo bottles and one conditioner. Left message at front desk to change when housekeeping comes next day and didn’t. Had to call again. The boathouse restaurant breakfast time the staff is very slow and we are in a hurry. The utensils set also have 2 forks and 1 spoon but no knife. Makes sure wonder...

"This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Quiet area but also in walking distance of a main road with lots of shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the fridge door would no open without taking the cabinet door off. "

"Studio Allston has a vibe that I never experienced before. I keep strange wee morning hours; Sara the night manager and the security were so accommodating and kind to me. 24/7 coffee/hot water machine. Was able to use the lobby to make a painting with provided supplies and basically roamed around freely without worries. The room was great. Breakfast great. You can’t go wrong. Nice little gym on site, artwork galore, a park across the street, convenience to food store and ample parking. Will...

"Excellent location, right outside MIT and train station"

"I know check in is at 3p but since I came in early in the morning the front desk person told me they will text/call as soon as room is ready. They never did and I just went back after 3p. Moreover, I stayed 2 nights and room never get cleaned until i checked out"
