"Overall, the stay was OK. The room wasn’t that great I had to kill a roach. There was a smell to the room. The gym wasn’t a gym. It was one inoperable treadmill, and a cycle machine in a room the size of a closet. But the staff was very professional and nice. It was affordable. And close to restaurants."

"The shuttle service is terrible I called as soon as we had our luggage (about 3 Pm) for pick up to the hotel.told them excactly where we where, and waited about 4 I called again and waited again called again was told would come in 30 min.we waited till 5:30 still no shuttle. We had to make different arrangements to get to the hotel. I told the girl that the shuttle never came, she never answered . The hotel it self was not bad at all,"

"La habitación estaba sucia, la poceta tenía muchísimo residuo de popo, todo olía a cigarro y estaba manchado, nos cambiaron a otra habitación que olía igual de mal y estaba igual de deteriorada; no se dejen llevar por las fotos del lobby las habitaciones están muy deterioradas!"

"Room walls are very thin. Did not sleep as we spent the night listening to the prostitute in the next room . Checked in at 11pm and had to leave at 4:45am for an early morning flight."

"The room was very good. The kitchen service was average. The front desk staff, first an African American woman and then a young African American man, did not even offer a simple smile. Their attitude was cold and came across as annoyed. At check-out, there was a different young man who treated us well and was courteous during our departure. This is not about racism at all, but their poor service clearly stood out."

"For the first 3 nights, there was no hot water available in the shower. I had to take cold water showers, which was very uncomfortable. Upon making multiple requests, it was fixed on the last night of my stay. The hotel was fully booked so they could not even transfer me to another room too. Will never book at this hotel ever again."
