"The restaurant had good food. But the outside of the hotel was riddled with roaches and water bugs. No lie. I had roaches crawling on my car as I was leaving in the parking lot. And there were many roaches on the ground at night and during the day. I couldn’t even believe it. I seen a brown and white albino roach too."

"The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges. The worst was that the toilet would flush, but not drain properly. As for the pool, it had a lot of dead bugs and tree parts and leaves. The ground around the...

"Would love to give the property a higher rating but the last night we were there the bathroom clogged. No maintenance staff on duty so had to wait till next morning for someone to come in and fix the issue. Not comfortable at all spending a night in a room without a working bathroom. Also the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. False alarm which was good but again an inconvenience"

"The room was clean and the staff were so friendly. But the breakfast area was really crowded and some buffet items were missing and not refilled instantly."

"I was a little annoyed that the bathtub was hardly draining so we were standing in water to take a shower. Also the shower curtain had some dirty stains on it which wasn’t giving very good vibes on the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly so I will give them that."

"So I’ve been to this property probably about 4 times and this visit was definitely different. Somewhat disappointed but first the complimentary breakfast was not the same. They had waffles, bread, some fruit, cereal and yogurt. Usually that would include freshly cooked eggs and sausage (mind you my stay was for 4 days). I had to go purchase breakfast outside the hotel. I was told to exchange my towels for new towels. The issue with that was she gave us back thin/rough small towels with stains on...
