"Gal at the front desk was rude twice. Refuses to give me a bill and said I had to get it from Expedia."

"Everything was great! The only suggestion is that you make it easier for people checking in between 9-10pm. The door was locked even though there were people still inside eating. I had to call for someone to let me in, even though staff could clearly see me standing by the door and it was before 10pm. "

"From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the property but what stood out was the friendly staff (esp Lulu!). Great location, easy to access and really enjoyed our stay!"

"There was no food or coffee left when we went down at 9:30. Parking lot had the same water bottle out in the garage for three days. Trash in garage was overflowing."

"Great place to stay. Close walking to some good smaller restaurants, close driving to a lot of events like Pikes Peak Cog Railroad or Garden of the God's. These were both fabulous even though it was mainly cloudy. Check out Cripple Creek and go on the Victor Gaige Railroad through a working gold mine. Lots of neat shops and if you gamble, 8 casinos on the main street. All under 10 minute walk. We actually stayed over a couple of nights here and then returned to Hilton for a couple more nights....

"I spent a relaxing evening, hotel is quiet at night. It has a small kitchen. Staff was wonderful, lady that checked me in was a Gem of a person. She answered every question I had n made me feel welcomed."

"Pulled in to check into property and was early. None of the images online accurately represent the property. Office area is closed from 1-3 (most likely safety issues) so I could not cancel directly. Had to email. Luckily the manager knew that it was unsafe and cancelled at no charge, they didn't even argue about it. The only things correct is that it's been re-painted at some point, and has the correct name, everything else is a misrepresentation. Travel beware."

"Showed up to the hotel…? More like a motel. There was no lights outside, the parking lot was completely full. And no body was in the office and waited outside for 20 min before getting help. Another couple had walked in before me and ended up telling the manager that they were going to leave and stay somewhere else. So I asked them the reason why and had said the rooms were disgusting… so right then and there I told the manager to just cancel our stay. Totally unacceptable won’t recommend or be...

"I did not know enough about what the hotel provides so I was disappointed in the breakfast. When we arrived our room was not ready (4:30) for about 45 minutes. It was fine when we got in."

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again."
