"The only issue I had was when I checked in the staff member was not overly friendly. He took my ID and gave me my room key. He didn’t tell me about the credit I had or any other amenities. Nice stayed here several times and have never had this type of experience."

"The property was amazing. Breakfast was hot and many choices. The only complaint I have is not being told the water was going to be shut off for 9 hours. We had to head home early because of this and we were not refunded."

"Bathroom toilet did not flush and staff informed us that maintenance would go by to check it out. Maintenance never came by and also staff informed us that no rooms were available till late on . Later on did not come by so we had to work the plunger till we got it to work.
Breakfast was another, no milk, juice, or cream for the coffee."
