Door had large gap allowing cold air to blow into room all night on a 30 degree night. Supposed to be non smoking room but smelled and there was an ashtray in the room. Faucet was wobbly and shower water was warm but not hot.

The property is as falling apart soon as I paid I got a refund they stairs had just been patched up they have gaping holes under the second floor walkway

We ended up not staying we left as soon as we saw conditions of room. Room had bugs and its was dirty. The AC was so dirty . The pictures on website are deceiving.

HORRIBLE, DONT STAY

It was a horrible trip. Room was dirty, door did not lock, and smelled like smoke even though it was nonsmoking. The guy that attended did not know what was going on and was half asleep and was complaining the entire time he was getting me the room. We booked online for 4 people 2 bedroom, but he said we had to get 2 rooms due to his limitations on computer. End of story we left.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL! This is the most horrendous motel I’ve ever booked. The room had cockroaches coming out of the wall, and there was horrible mold and fungus smell in the room. We had to leave as soon as we walked in and find another hotel for the night. The pictures online are deceiving and very inaccurate to the point that it almost feels like a scam. The area where this hotel is also very skittish. I do not recommend staying or booking this hotel at all. I claimed dispute through Expedia because they wouldn’t refund my money.

The 1st room we were assigned - the door did not lock - 2nd room assignment was missing a chair - the coffee pot did not work - if you wanted to watch TV - you had to unplug the microwave- no phone in room to contact desk area - if something was wrong or you needed assistance you had to go down a flight of stairs and walk halfway around the building to get to the office - cockroaches and other bugs - the rooms smelled old and very musty and last but not least this was listed as a breakfast was included - there was no breakfast- when asked about this issue we were told they had a new owner and they were making some changes- also there was not a safety lock on the door so you had to prop a chair under the handle over night - I wish I could have gotten a full refund for this stay but was unable to do so- I would think that Expedia could and should vette these places better

It took almost 2 hours to check in because the reservation was not on their system. After several phone calls to your company the motel receptionist let us have a room which was completely disgusting. The door didn`t close properly and therefore would not lock. The window was not fixed correctly and we had to make our own bed as the blanket was underneath the top sheet. We had reserved 5 nights but left after one. No one was on duty so we posted the keycards. We therefore would like a four night refund. I can prove the other four nights were spent elsewhere.

The lady didn't want to look up our reservation than finally got that fixed got to the room and you could smell mold. There was no breakfast and the front desk was closed from 12am-6am. Worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.

I entered the room and saw roaches running across the bed. I informed front desk staff, Jennifer, that I wanted a refund and was told that manager was not available till Monday. I left the motel within 10 mins of arrival. It was horrible..

The room was dirty and had to be recleaned. Sheets had stains on them and there was an attitude about changing them. Only 2 outlets worked in the room. the walls had crayon scribbles on them and was visibly dirty. The air conditioner could only be cut on or off, and it didnt work good. They had no sugar for the coffee they left in the room. I had a smoking room and there was no ashtrays.
