"Room was clean. WiFi poor as was cell service. Very noisy area at night. Property owner was not friendly."

"Hôtel très bien situé dans Naples. Personnel très agréable et chambre spacieuse et propre. Le point négatif: c'est très bruyant. Notre chambre etait côté galleria umberto donc il y a beaucoup de monde qui y passe jusqu'à très tard (mac do en dessous jusqu'à minuit) et ça résonne beaucoup. On entend également tout ce qu'il se passe dans les couloirs de l'hôtel et dès 6h30 on entend le personnel preparer le petit déjeuner."

The host Aida was such a nice and welcoming person she saw that our rooms were too small for the four of us and we were lucky that she upgraded us to a bigger room without any additional fee. "We loved this spot in the heart of the Spanish Quarter! Yuri was super helpful and friendly and the room was perfect for a family of 4. We were right next to restaurants and shopping as well as the port for ferries to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The bathroom was huge and there were 2 small balconies. "First off, it's NOT a Hotel, it's an air BnB. NOT what I Wanted. Air Conditioning was NOT Working, They Opened a Window and Supplied Me with a Fan.
