"Very very very bad! We checked in around 5pm, when we're gonna go out at 7 pm, the parking lot was messed, our car couldn't get out, obstructed by 2 other cars. We had to wait for an hour for the hotel's officer to call the car owner, until we finally can get out from the parking lot. We got back to the hotel at 11 pm, I found the toilet clogged and when it flushed the dirty water ran onto the floor. It was gross, stinky and disgusting. We wait for half an hour for someone to fix that, but...

"Suite à notre réservation par le site hotel.com le responsable de Hotel n’a rien voulu savoir. Il nous a fait payer un autre tarif en prétextant qu’il ne prenait plus les réservations via l’hôtel.com arrivant dans la chambre ou surprise, pas de douche, pas de draps une protection sur le matelas, uniquement des fourmis, au sol, des toiles d’araignées au plafond, propreté, lamentable, mais n’ayant pas de possibilité, d’aller ailleurs, nous sommes obligés de rester sur place…accueil lamentable… je...
