"The location is to die for! So beautiful, clinging to the cliffs. Our room had a wonderful ocean view. The included breakfast was delicious, fresh. "What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here."

Very friendly and helpful people at the front desk who were more than willing to accommodate our requests for extra coffee, towels etc. Property consists of a group of buildings each with 2-3 rooms; looks like most of the rooms have been recently renovated to high standards. "We had wonderful stay at Mendocino Inn and Farm. We enjoyed every moment: breakfast delivered in a basket, walking to the beach through the trail, feeding the chicken in the morning, saying hi to Lamas while sipping warm tea and delicious dinner at Terra Kitchen. The town is only 10min away and there are so many activities to do around the Inn. However I feel just staying in an Inn itself was a fabulous and unique experience.
