"Saya memesan kamar standar via hotels.com, tapi diganti ke deluxe tanpa kena charge tambahan. Kamar besih dengan kelambu. Semuanya ok, staff ramah. Tapi di kamar 101, selang di toilet tidak berfungsi, akhrinya menggunakan tissue.. Disediakan buah anggur, jeruk, pisang dan apel di kamar..
