Resepsiyona ulaşmanız imkansız oda servisi diye birşey yok kaldığımız 2 gün de defalarca denedik meşgul oluyor dendi fakat öyle bir meşguliyet göremedik. Kahvaltısı çok yetersiz doymadık bari kahve içelim dedik kahve makinesi bozuk.genel olarak İzmirde kaldığım otellerin en kötüsü diyebilirim. Tek iyi yanı spor salonuydu.

4/6 temmuz arası konaklama yaptık. Otel kesinlikle çok konforlu, temiz ve personel çok kibar. Resepsiyondaki Yaren hanım bizi çok güzel karşıladı ve taleplerimiz için çok yardımcı oldu. FT Lotus Wyndam'da güzel bir tatil

Odalar temiz, termal havuzların biri büyük ve ferah diğerleri seçenekli olup farklı ısılarda ve yeterliydi. Garsonlar güleryüzlüydü. Özellikle kahvaltıdaki garson bey her yaştaki konuklarla sevecen ve saygılı muhabbet ediyordu.Engelli bireyler için havuza giriş, lift, duş her şey hazırdı. Sadece akşam yemeği için iki seçenek olup birinin havuzun içinde, diğerinin ise sigara içilen alanda olması kısıtlıydı.

2 yaşında çocuğumuz ile konakladık. Çocuk için beşik vardı. Her şey çok konforluydu. Sadece çok sıcaktı. Zaten şehir de sıcaktı ama odalar da çok sıcaktı. Onun dışında tüm olanaklar mükemmel. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi inanılmaz kibar ve yardımsever. Çok memnun kaldık

Otel yeni açılmış,tertemiz bir otel.Ancak bulunduğu konum ve çevresi çok ıssız ve şehrin çok dışında.Gece giderseniz ve etrafı görmezseniz bi sıkıntı olmaz.Açık büfe kahvaltı denmesine rağmen çoğu öğretmenevi kahvaltısından daha iyi olmayan bir serpme! kahvaltı verildi.Geceliğine verilen o kadar parayı hakediyor mu tartışılır.
