"Nice 4 star hotel for a quiet break"

"Wonderful hotel, location is more so, lovely staff, food ok, but be aware than the beach is public, do you have your pay for beds and brollies, €22:50 per day which the hotel does not tell you about. Overall, really excellent. They need to improve on there sustainability as too many plastic water bottles everywhere, need water fountains and non plastic water bottles in the rooms. Their food (breakfast) needs to be hotter but the Mosaic breakfast was amazing, the Level breakfast was abit poor and...

"Room was really spacious. Spotlessly clean. Staff were probably the nicest we've met in a long time. Couldn't do enough to help us. Especially Nicholas. And the guy who checked us out.im going mad I didnt spot his name. Food was exceptional. "The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and housekeeping standards were good. However, there were several aspects that meant this hotel fell well short of what we would expect from a 4-star Spanish all-inclusive resort. "Absolutely adorable boutique hotel l, clean insta ready, great amenities such as beach towel and umbrella kit. Only one hiccup I experienced I book a suite and in the Expedia photos it showed a large terrace room, reason why I booked as we love terrace time and views. However at check in we were given a room facing a construction site which killed the anniversary mood. They tried to accommodate but hotel was booked solid so it was not possible.
